Return & Refund Policy

Refunds

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be issued to the card-issuing bank within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item or your cancellation request.
Please contact your card provider directly if you have questions about when the credit will appear in your account.

If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend:

  1. Checking your bank or credit card account again in a few days.

  2. Contacting your bank or credit card company, as posting times can vary.


Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

All return shipments must be sent using recorded delivery with full tracking details. Proof of postage is required to process your refund.

Returns must be approved in advance by our customer service team. Please contact us with your order number at petar.kolakovic1@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.


Exchanges

Noravele does not offer refunds for used or opened products, except in cases of verified defects or shipping damage.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange an exchange or replacement once the issue has been verified.

Exchanges and returns are handled at the discretion of Noravele’s customer care team.


Money-Back Guarantee

Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to products that are damaged, defective, or faulty upon delivery.
Approval for money-back requests is subject to review and confirmation by Noravele’s customer service team.


Customer Conduct

Noravele values all customers and is committed to providing courteous, respectful service. We kindly ask that all communication remain professional. Any form of verbal or written abuse toward our staff will not be tolerated and may result in the refusal of return or exchange services.


Warranty

All Noravele devices include a one-year limited warranty covering hardware malfunctions or manufacturing defects.
If your product experiences a hardware issue within one year of the purchase date, we will replace it with a brand-new unit at no additional cost.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact petar.kolakovic1@gmail.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos demonstrating the problem.
Our team will review your claim and guide you through the replacement process.

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs

Normal wear and tear

Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
