Refunds
We only offer refunds for items that are damaged upon delivery as a result of shipping and that meet the return eligibility criteria outlined below.
All approved refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be issued to the card-issuing bank within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm your claim.
Please contact your card provider directly if you have questions about when the credit will appear in your account.
If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend:
- Checking your bank or credit card account again after a few days.
- Contacting your bank or credit card company, as posting times can vary.
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind
- Normal wear and tear
- Mechanical damage or faults caused after delivery by misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs
- Any issue that does not result from verified shipping damage upon delivery
Returns

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must have been damaged during shipping and received in a faulty or broken condition.
You must notify us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or colour ordered
- Normal wear and tear
- Mechanical damages, including internal or functional damage occurring after delivery or caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs
How to Arrange a Return

Contact our customer service team at info@noravele.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Photos showing the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label

Returns must be approved in advance by our customer service team. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return authorization and instructions.
All approved return shipments must be sent using recorded delivery with full tracking. Proof of postage and tracking details are required to process your return and any applicable refund.
Exchanges
Noravele does not offer refunds for used or opened products, except in cases of verified shipping damage upon delivery in line with this policy.
If your item arrives defective or damaged on delivery (including verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage), please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange an exchange or replacement.
For issues caused by shipping damage, an exchange, replacement, or refund may be offered, at the discretion of Noravele’s customer care team.
Exchanges and returns are handled at the discretion of Noravele’s customer care team and must comply with the exclusions listed in this policy, including exclusions for mechanical damage and misuse.
Money-Back Guarantee
Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to products that are damaged upon delivery as a result of shipping and that meet all return eligibility requirements.
Approval for money-back requests is subject to review and confirmation by Noravele’s customer service team. Mechanical damage, misuse, or damage occurring after delivery is not covered by the Money-Back Guarantee.
Customer Conduct
Noravele values all customers and is committed to providing courteous, respectful service. We kindly ask that all communication remain professional. Any form of verbal or written abuse toward our staff will not be tolerated and may result in the refusal of return or exchange services.
Warranty
All Noravele devices include a one-year limited warranty covering hardware malfunctions or manufacturing defects.
If your product experiences a hardware issue within one year of the purchase date, we will replace it with a brand-new unit at no additional cost.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact info@noravele.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos demonstrating the problem.
Our team will review your claim and guide you through the replacement process.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs(mechanical damage)
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
